I spent 15 years in product management — auto finance, healthcare claims, insurance, and most recently vehicle recovery and remarketing. On paper those do not have much to do with each other. But the job underneath was always the same: take a process that is confusing and stressful for the person in the middle of it, find where it breaks, and fix it.

So why real estate? Because I have been on the other side of it. Like most of you, I am a home buyer too. I know how stressful that process gets, how much of it feels like it is happening to you instead of with you. This is the biggest financial decision most of us will ever make — and somehow it is the one where people feel the least in control.

That is the whole reason I started this. I love helping people and I have gotten good at solving problems. Real estate feels like the perfect avenue to do both: build a better buying experience for our customers and put the power of property ownership within everyone's reach.
