Relocation Tours
What does a town feel like before you live in it?
Relocation tours for executives, athletes, coaches, and professionals moving to Carmel and Zionsville. See where locals eat, walk, and spend their weekends. Then meet the builders who can build your next home.
You signed the contract. Now you have to pick a home in a town you barely know.
The deal is done and your start date is on the calendar. Between practices, meetings, and packing, you're scrolling listings in a place you've visited once or twice.
On a map, every neighborhood looks the same. Online, every model home looks perfect. So you fly in for a weekend, rent a car, and drive in circles. You walk into sales offices on your own, and the person greeting you works for the builder.
By Sunday, you're flying home with a phone full of kitchen photos and still no answer.
There's a better way to see a new town.
Two Towns. One Day. Real Answers.
Carmel and Zionsville
A single day walking both towns, so you can compare them in real life instead of through listing photos.
Carmel
Start on Main Street in the Arts and Design District, with its galleries, patios, and the Indiana Design Center. Walk the Monon Trail past Midtown Plaza to Carmel City Center and the Palladium.
Grab a drink at 3UP Rooftop Bar or Sun King Carmel. Stop into Muldoon's, a neighborhood pub since 1981. End the day at Anthony's Chophouse or on the patio at Vivante.
Zionsville
Park in the Village and walk the brick Main Street. Get coffee at Roasted in the Village, the town's longest-running independent coffee shop, then stop into Truffles & Creams for handmade chocolates.
Have lunch at the Friendly Tavern, inside a building from the 1870s. For dinner, choose French food at Auberge des Artistes, or drive out to The Loft at Traders Point Creamery to eat overlooking a working organic dairy farm.
Then You Meet the Builders
Carmel and Zionsville offer everything from downtown townhomes to custom estate homes on golf course and wooded lots.
After the tour, I introduce you to builders working in the areas you liked. You won't walk into a sales office alone. You'll have a local broker next to you.

Why Work With Me
I'm Jawad Chaudhry
A licensed Indiana real estate broker with Goodday Property Group.
Before real estate, I spent about 15 years in product management, and I hold an MBA in Data Analytics. I bring the same approach to your move: a clear plan, real information, and a local guide.
My job is not to sell you a house in a day. It is to help you see the towns clearly, ask the right questions, and leave with enough information to make a confident decision.

You'll still see the town before you live in it. This time, you'll know where you belong.
